· Deposit of 50% of total purchase is due when order is placed.

· Deposit will not be refunded once your order has been processed.

· All orders are automatically canceled if not collected within 3 months (deposit will not be refunded).

· Limitations and exclusions applied. Sales are final, no refund, and no exchanges.

· All written Dr.’s Rx changes are honored up to 60 days from date of purchase. (Most common Rx changes are 30 days)

· We are not responsible for any damages of customer supplied frame or lenses (that type of order will be processed at patient’s own risk).

· Free adjustments, nose pads, and screws for the lifetime of the frame! :)
